Our classes can be in-studio, online or on-demand, so please be sure to double check the class when you’re booking! And if you have any questions, please contact us.
We are located on the main floor of the Westin Bayshore Hotel and are open to the general public and hotel guests alike. We strive to make this a space for all levels and co-create a space where you can achieve all of your goals, whether it be in meditation riding the waves of the mind, moving the body to find more fluid and space to stretch out or tone and strengthen in all areas!

Hips & Shoulders Yoga
Drop the weight of the day at the door, and join us as we move through targeted body movements that decrease tension in the shoulders while healing those troublesome areas of the body affected by stress and injuries.

Core Yoga
A no-impact whole body practice designed to leave you feeling strong like water “powerful and fluid”.
We focus on stability, mobility, core connection, and a full body burn using body weight and equipment. All movement is guided by breath, to encourage maximum activation and a soothed nervous system.
This class is easy to follow and for all levels as sequences layer and build in intensity.

Yoga Chill
This class is a great way to release stress, tension and unwind after a busy day. Emphasis is on body awareness, balance, stretching and breathing.
A slow-moving practice for all levels invites you to drop the daily grind and fluidly transition to a state of relaxation.

Nourish
Mindful, slow flow and deep stretch class that places an emphasis on a deep level of outer and inner nurturing through grounding meditations, calming breathwork, and a wide range of full-body targeting physical yoga postures.
Each 60-minute class will blend meditation (~5-10 mins), breathing (~10-15 mins) and stretch/strengthen/release postures (35-40 mins) – ideal for the end of busy days.

Candle Lit Deep Rest
Candlelit late-evening wind-down yoga classes provide a smooth transition from day-time activities into this 60-minute state of deep relaxation in preparation for deep rest and restoring the mind/body.
This 60-minute class will integrate long, slow holds in restorative postures, with the intention of giving the body space to soften, relax and surrender. Body scans, yoga nidra and meditations will also be included.
Perfect for anyone looking for a great sleep or in need of some purposeful rest.

Move Well
Move Well is a hybrid of Hatha and Flow styles, allowing participants to recharge for a more productive day, or unwind from a busy day of work or travel. Feel Well after moving through a series of exercises
that help relieves tension in those tight spaces through deepened breath.
This class offers something for everyone, introducing movements that allow for greater breath and body ranges.

Slow Flow
Inspired by the wisdom of Vijñāna yoga’s motto “practicing from inside”, Slow Flow uses classical Hatha yoga postures in combination with a meditative mind and attentiveness to breath in order to discover more precise physical and energetic alignment, improve balance, and find strength in softness.
By listening deeply to the body’s innate wisdom, we come to move more freely and meet the challenges of
daily life with more grace and ease.

TRX & Yoga
Experience this empowering and uplifting combination class which includes the full suspension training of TRX with yoga-inspired movements that emphasize mobility, stability and strength.
