Hatha Yoga Chill

This class is a great way to release any stress, tension and unwind after a busy day. Emphasis is on body awareness, balance, stretching and breathing.

Stretch & Strengthen

This 1 hour class will focus on building core strength, movement with breath; lengthening key muscles while asking them to work. Our bodies were meant to move, let’s invite them to open up and create space for energy and flexibility of both mind & body.  Focused attention will be given to Core and Hips!

Foundation Yoga

This class is suitable for newer students or those wanting to get back into the basics. Emphasis is on postural alignment, gaining muscular strength, flexibility and a peaceful mind.
