A slow-moving practice for all levels invites you to drop the daily grind and fluidly transition to a state of relaxation.

This 30/30 class is designed to offer 30min of strictly breathwork/pranayama to awaken and restore followed by 30min of movement to kick start the morning routine.

    30 Minute Energize

    This 30-minute yoga class is designed for those who want to take the time, but have less time.

    Just a small burst every day can prove to create a massive wave of change.

    Move Well

    Move Well is a hybrid of Hatha and Flow styles, allowing participants to recharge for a more productive day, or unwind from a busy day of work or travel. Feel Well after moving through a series of exercises
    that help relieves tension in those tight spaces through deepened breath.

    This class offers something for everyone, introducing movements that allow for greater breath and body ranges.
