June  18th-22nd, $1450 + GST

This getaway includes the following:

This is multi day program will leave you feeling renewed.  This program will include:

  • 5 days / 4 nights in the beautiful Hygge House Tofino in a private room *option to share if you want to bring a partner or friend.
  • Daily SUP excursions including a special Full Moon Paddle
  • Ocean play time
  • Daily Breathwork & Yoga 
  • Meditative beach walks
  • Gorgeous old growth forest hikes and cave walks 
  • Learn all of what Tofino has to offer… 
  • Optional cold plunges 
  • Optional SUPSurf Lesson

  • Arrival day *arrive on a ferry that works for you – check in time is 5PM
  • Introductions/Goals for your getaway
  • Dinner at the house together 
  • Sunset beach walk.
  • Plan for the morning.

Friday

  • Early rise – morning breathwork + Yoga with tea/coffee
  • Breakfast 
  • Morning SUP flatwater ocean coastal paddle – work on skills and learn the area.
  • Lunch – Tacos at Surfside?
  • Nap + Free Time
  • Forest walk to Tonquin Beach / Beach Yoga?
  • Dinner
  • Sunset Beach Walk at Chesterman Beach

Saturday

  • Early rise – Cave Walk at Rosie Bay
  • Breakfast 
  • Beach Yoga / Ocean Mermaid Playtime – learn about waves
  • Lunch
  • Forest Walk – Rainforest Trail 
  • Nap + Free Time
  • Dinner
  • SUP Sunset to Moon rise – full moon paddle

Sunday 

  • Morning Breathwork & Yoga at the house

  • SUP Mackenzie Beach to Crab dock or Inlet *weather pending
  • Dinner at Shelter Restaurant

Tofino SUPSurf Camp April. 19th-22nd, $925 + GST

This camp includes the following:

This is a great way to set you up for a year of progress and growth in your SUPsurfing.  This program will include:

  • 3 Nights accommodation in a private room with shared bathrooms (x2) at the Hygge House (close to town) 
  • Shared meals with a group of like-minded healthy surf friends
  • Formal weather and how to translate Surfline forecasts for Tofino Daily
  • Beach walks
  • Surf, stretch and rolling sessions as well as foundation training for re-alignment.
  • Pre-surf and on-water coaching
  • Free surf and coached sessions available daily
  • Post-surf discussion (optional video analysis *if weather permits)
  • Group discussions and breakdown of sup surf etiquette, safety, equipment and more to answer all of the questions you have about the sport in general.

*Please note should you choose to potluck share meals dietary restrictions will be shared and we ask that anything you create follow the restrictions as closely as possible – a separate email communication or WhatsApp group will be created between all participants and Kristy will create a schedule of each meal so everyone know what to bring and make.

  • PM SUP Surf *go back out and work on something from the morning session.
  • Dinner
  • Stretch – including rolling and long hold stretches.

Saturday *repeat Friday*

  • Early rise – surf report check followed by beach walk/surf check
  • Breakfast 
  • Morning pre surf warm up at the house – suit up
  • AM SUP Surf 
  • Lunch 
  • Nap, review session discussion ‘ what went well’ , what are we working on, what are the next session goals
  • PM SUP Surf *go back out and work on something from the morning session.
  • Dinner – Reservation at Shelter?
  • Stretch – including rolling and long hold stretches.

Sunday 

  • Early rise – surf report – decide where to go
  • Warm up at the house
  • Suit up and go surf for FUN!
  • Breakfast
  • Pack up and depart.
